GENERAL
By placing an order through this website, the BUYER is deemed to have read and accepted the Pre-Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, and the terms stated in this Cancellation and Return Policy.
The BUYER agrees that the products purchased through this website are subject to applicable consumer protection regulations and distance selling rules.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the recipient at the delivery address specified by the BUYER. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and shipping carrier.
All products are delivered in accordance with the specifications listed on the product page.
Tonewood Turkey sells individually photographed tonewood products. Each item is unique and the exact piece shown in the product photos is the item that will be shipped.
If it becomes impossible to supply the purchased product, the SELLER will notify the BUYER as soon as possible and refund the full payment within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID
If the BUYER fails to complete the payment for the ordered product or if the payment is canceled by the bank or payment provider, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product will automatically terminate.
UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE
If it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been used fraudulently or without authorization and the payment is not transferred to the SELLER by the relevant financial institution, the BUYER agrees to return the delivered product within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the SELLER.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT
The BUYER must inspect the package before accepting delivery.
If the package appears damaged, opened, or defective, the BUYER should refuse delivery and request a damage report from the shipping carrier.
Products accepted without such notice will be considered delivered in good condition.
After delivery, the BUYER is responsible for protecting the product properly.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.
RIGHT OF RETURN
The BUYER has the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
To exercise the right of return, the BUYER must notify the SELLER using the contact information provided below.
The return request must be made before the expiration of the return period and the product must be unused and in its original condition.

RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for a return to be accepted:
• the product must be unused
• the product must be returned in its original packaging
• all accessories must be included
• the invoice must be returned with the product
If the invoice was issued to a company, a return invoice must be issued by the buyer’s company.
Incomplete returns may not be accepted.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER fails to fulfill payment obligations in transactions made by credit card, the BUYER agrees to comply with the terms of the credit card agreement with the issuing bank.
The BUYER accepts responsibility for any interest, fees, or legal costs arising from such default.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payments can be made securely using credit cards through the website’s payment system.
Once payment is successfully completed, the order will be confirmed and prepared for shipment.
